low self-esteem, and depression.
Problems in relationships, problems related to work and career, and difficulties in adapting to unexpected situations in life.
I am a certified psychologist-counsellor.
I acquired my knowledge in the field of psychology at the Institute of Natural and Health Sciences of Tallinn University, specializing in counselling and clinical psychology in my master's degree.
In counselling, I use the knowledge and skills of cognitive-behavioural therapy acquired in the training of the Estonian School of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Beck's CBT (Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and Tallinn Health Care College. I am constantly updating myself in professional trainings, professional conferences and workshops.
In my work, I rely on my interest in people, my knowledge of medicine and well-being, and my previous work experience as a psychologist. The most important things in counselling are respect for the person, openness, honesty, benevolence, lack of judgment and trust.
I focus on individual psychological counselling for adults, prevention of mental health problems and support for psychological well-being and self-fulfilment.
